Mike Bruggeman is the Senior Vice President of Security for Rock Ventures, the umbrella entity formed to provide operational direction to a diverse portfolio of more than 100 companies, investments and real estate, including: Quicken Loans, Bedrock Real Estate, Cleveland Cavaliers, Horseshoe Casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati, and the Greektown Casino-Hotel.
Mike leads the security management team for all security operations for the Rock Ventures family of companies. He also coordinates security services for the Bedrock Real Estate portfolio of more than 77 properties in Detroit. Bruggeman established a state-of-the-art Security Command Center for Rock Ventures which provides early warnings and notifications of threats and risks that could impact the company, team members, assets, and reputations as well as provide a 24/7 resource to all family of company team members. 
Charlie Grady
Charles Grady hails from an esteemed law enforcement background. He is a highly decorated retired Police Detective and FBI Task Force Agent. Grady’s 27yr career in law enforcement focused on violent crime, homicide, drugs, guns, and gang investigations on a Nationwide scope. Grady was the first Senior Investigator appointed by The United States Attorney of the District of CT, specializing in gun violence and illegal trafficking of firearms and narcotics. In 2013, he was chosen to head Bridgeport’s anti-gun violence initiative called “Project Longevity” and has since achieved a significant decrease in homicides and shootings. Grady has also dedicated his professional and personal life to educating police officers and civilians on the dangers of illicit street drug trafficking.  
Harley Pasternak
Pasternak is a New York Times Bestselling Author whose books include 5-Factor Fitness, 5-Factor Diet, The 5-Factor World Diet, and The Body Reset Diet. Harley’s titles have attained global bestseller status, which has led to translation in 14 languages in over 25 countries around the globe.  As a fitness and nutrition specialist, Pasternak has trained many celebrities including Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Megan Fox, Robert Downey Jr., Robert Pattinson, Jessica Simpson, Ke$ha, Hilary Duff and Jennifer Hudson. 
Pasternak holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from University of Western Ontario. He is also certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, and served as an exercise and nutrition scientist for Canada’s Department of National Defense.

Susan Canavari is the Chief Brand Officer for Chase leading brand strategy and development for the consumer and card brands including: advertising, integrated media planning and delivery, agency oversight, creative services, content and social media marketing. 
Susan built her career in the advertising industry working and building a range of brands. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Susan worked at mcgarrybowen where she was an Executive Managing Director on the J.P. Morgan, Chase and JPMorgan Chase & Co. where she worked intimately with key leaders across the organization on planning, advertising, digital marketing and social strategic execution across all channels.
Before her time at mcgarrybowen, Susan worked at Digitas where she was the first Managing Director of the Kraft One Digitas and MediaVest integrated media team which was established to serve as the Media Agency of Record for Kraft Foods. Prior to that, Susan worked at Oglvy & Mather where she led the Time Warner Cable Brand and managed acquisition marketing activities for Lenovo.
Susan loves building authentic and purpose-driven brands.  She has had the great privilege creating integrated marketing campaigns for other brands including Microsoft, General Motors, and Disney.
She received her BS from Miami University with a major in Communications and Management, and her MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
Susan lives on the Upper West Side with her husband John, and pets Bojangles and Spike and is on the board of the Toby Project as well as the AdCouncil.
